In-Game Guidelines
Respect & Common Courtesy
- Treat all players and staff with respect, both IC and OOC.
- No disrespect, harassment, or hate speech.
- Be patient with administrators.
- Never leave or AFK during active roleplay.
- Do not disrupt roleplay unless instructed by an admin.
- Admin decisions are final. No ignoring staff, exploiting bugs, or stalling scenes.
Metagaming
- Using OOC information for IC advantage is strictly forbidden.
- This includes streams, Discord DMs, or third-party VOIP/chat during RP.
- Characters only know what they've learned through realistic RP.
Powergaming
- No forcing actions on others or performing unrealistic feats.
- Always allow others a chance to respond.
- Do not "RP to win" by denying reaction opportunities.
Deathmatching (RDM/VDM)
- Valid, escalated RP reason required to kill another player.
- No killing due to minor annoyance.
- Revenge-killing after death is forbidden.
- Upon death (unless saved by EMS), your character forgets events leading to death. Returning for revenge is metagaming/powergaming.
Robbery & Scamming
- All robberies/scams must be fully roleplayed and realistic.
- No forcing ATM withdrawals or vehicle transfers.
- No robbing from sports/luxury vehicles.
- Robbery cooldowns and limits apply — maximum scam value $30,000.
Character Rules & Realism
- Realistic names only — no troll, celebrity, or offensive names.
- Characters must be at least 16 years old in RP.
- Unique identities required; no similar names or fake family ties.
- No unrealistic models or glitchy/out-of-place clothing.
Game Physics & Movement Abuse
- No bunnyhopping, combat rolling, spam punching, or unrealistic swimming.
- No abusing job systems (e.g., spawning vehicles to escape).
- Drive realistically — no extreme stunts or cartoonish crashes.
Modding & Third-Party Software
- No software/equipment for unfair advantage.
- Prohibited: crosshairs, FOV mods, macros, AutoHotKey, overlays, widescreen hacks.
- No binds/macros giving RP advantages.
Safe Zones
- No crime in designated safe zones: spawn points, government buildings, prisons, shops, banks (outside robberies), casinos, dealerships, etc.
- No camping or re-initiating if someone flees into a safe zone.
- Exceptions only if approved by admins.
Character Kill (CK) Policy
- Permanent death system: Killed characters are CK'd.
- New character must have completely new identity and backstory.
- No returning to previous gang/faction/storyline unless organically re-earned.
- No transferring memories, relationships, or items from old character.
- One life. One story. Death is final.
Valuing Life
- Always value your character's life realistically.
- Comply when a weapon is pointed unless clear logical reason not to.
- No throwing away life for petty reasons or ego.
- No reckless behavior or lack of fear in life-threatening situations.
Obscene/Extreme Roleplay
- Extreme violence, torture, or sexual content requires OOC consent from all parties.
- Keep such scenes private and away from public areas.
- Stop immediately if any participant is uncomfortable.
- ERPing minors, rape RP, or non-consensual obscene RP = permanent ban.
Real-World Trading
- Strictly prohibited: Trading/selling in-game items, characters, or services for real money, crypto, or goods.
Enforcement & Reporting
- Rules enforced at staff discretion.
- Punishments: warnings, jail, temporary/permanent bans.
- Report rulebreaks via ticket with full 2-minute clip + audio.
- Do not take matters into your own hands.
